Our oceanfront executive suites consist of two queen beds in the bedroom, a separate living room with a sleeper sofa, one bath, a kitchen with full size refrigerator, microwave, stove, and basic cookware and dinnerware, a television with free HBO and DVD player, free in-room coffee, free voicemail, complimentary wireless Internet access, a hair dryer, safe, and iron/ironing board. Daily housekeeping, linens and towels are included in rates. Resort guests have access to FREE DVD movies available for checkout at the front desk. Oceanfront executive suites feature a private balcony that overlooks the ocean.

Myself and my family stayed at Summerwind West the last week of June and had an amazing stay. The condo was absolutely beautiful. The view of the beach and gulf was amazing. All of the normal amenities were already available to us. We had 5 adults 2 teenagers and one 5 year old with us and everyone did a great job of picking up after each other. It was truly a perfect vacation...until we left. The private owner we booked the place through called us the day after we left and left us a voicemail telling us that we left the entire place a disaster and that trash was left all over the unit. She then proceeded to tell us that we were "obviously classless people" and that she will never rent to us again. So we asked for proof because we were the second to last couple to leave that morning and when we left we made sure our master bedroom was cleaned up nicely so that nothing was left in the room. We arranged the furniture in the living room back to the way it was and picked up any random piece of trash. We made sure all dishes left were in the dishwasher and i took out the trash one last time. We checked the second bedroom to make sure nothing was left behind and it was clean as well. The only room we didn't check was the third bedroom because they were still there when we left. So we received our request through email of the "proof" that the entire unit was destroyed and her only proof was a photo of the third bedrooms trashcan in the bathroom. And that was apparently enough for her to label us as disgusting, classless people. She said she was keeping our $100 deposit as well for this saying that her housekeepers had a full bag of trash they had to take out. Completely rude. When booking with this place, be aware of the horrible private owners. Do stay at the condo if visiting Navarre as it is the most beautiful of any of the condo's in the area, but book with a rental company. I would recommend this place to anyone booking with an agency.
