This 7day stay was our "relax week" prior to a second week stay in Orlando & the hotel delivered everything and more.From the very warm welcome from the staff each day, the hotel services including free bike rental, pools & slides, climbing walls, health club, boat service, inhouse Starbucks and pleasent suroundings this hotel was excellent.Information provided by the conceige was both accurate and helpful in seeing some of the best parts of the surrounding areas i.e. Captiva. Beaches in the immediate area are a bit limited and insect bites in the morning and early evening annoying (but manageable).
