This hotel is in a prime location with great views of the intracoastal and a block away from the beach in Boca Raton, Florida. Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to its surroundings. The hotel needs to be completely renovated. The room itself smelled of mildew which gave me a headache that lasted until I left the hotel. The chairs on the balcony are full of rust. The cleaning service is minimal. The hotel staff is rude and snarly. They charge a mandatory "convenience" fee for things that are usually free at most hotels, especially those at the 3* level given to this hotel by most on-line travel services. It's a shame that this hotel suffers from the problems it does because the location is superb. I did not enjoy my stay, will not return and will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
