We have stayed here 7 times since 1999, with the latest stay in 2006. Every year I look for a better value, and every year I book the Siesta Sands. One of the major reasons we stay is for the 3 bedroom condos. This allows us to bring the grandparents, or friends and share the cost. Basically, it's like having an apartment by the beach. We buy groceries, and treat the place like it's own. If you are looking for the spa/hotel experience, then this is not the place. In other words, you clean the condo during your stay, and clean the condo before you leave. We've had little problems during half the stays, but they are quickly corrected (Broken Dishwasher, Broken blinds, Not cleaned properly, etc.). The location is wonderful for us. It's all the way at the end of Cresent Beach. This is a very quite section of the beach near Point of Rocks.
