Around the World

The Around the World at Epcot tour allows Guests the unique chance to see the wonders of World Showcase while riding aboard a technically advanced gyroscopically stabilized 2-wheel Segway Personal Transporter. Beginners are welcome the outdoor tour includes training and safety equipment. Guests must be at least 16 years of age or older. Weight must be between 100-250 pounds. The first portion of the 2-hour tour consists of a fun training session where a specialist instructs you on the basic operation of the inventive Segway Personal Transporter.

You will learn how to navigate a range of terrain types and hear how to safely deal with general situations you will encounter during your adventure. Once you are up to speed on the operation of the Segway Personal Transporter, your tour group will head out for a trip around Epcot World Showcase. Traveling along the 1.3-mile World Showcase Promenade, you will get spectacular views of the 11 international pavilions along the way each pavilion is a meticulously detailed representation of a host country.

Behind the Seeds

The Behind the Seeds at Epcot tour offers a one-hour indoor walking tour of the greenhouses seen during the Living with the Land attraction at Epcot theme park. Discover the secrets of how The Land Pavilion grows tasty produce indoors on this special backstage tour. See the future of agriculture, go alligator gazing, release lady bugs and learn the advanced and often new techniques used to grow hydroponic crops with little or no soil.

Watch how new methods are being developed to farm plants around the world and help make the Earth a healthier place to live. Epcot theme park admission is required and is not included in the price of the tour. The tour is indoors and only an hour long, but you will be on your feet for the entire time.

Dolphins in Depth

Dolphins in Depth is a 3-hour tour at The Seas with Nemo & Friends Pavilion inside Epcot theme park where Guests can learn about, and get up close with, Disney's dolphins. Dolphins are some of the smartest, most lighthearted and most majestic animals in the ocean. The Dolphins in Depth program is your opportunity to learn more about these attractive creatures and their unique undersea behavior. Talk to the expert trainers and researchers who work with dolphins every day.

The tour concludes with a very special occasion for an up-close interaction with a dolphin perfect for pictures and memories that will last forever. Please bring a bathing suit if you wish to enter the water. You do not need to swim or be scuba skilled to enjoy this program, but you will need to be at least 13 years of age. All participants under the age of 18 years must have a parent or guardian along with them on the tour.
