This is our third stay at the Cabana Beach Club. We prefer staying on the gulf side as opposed to across the street on the inlet side. We've stayed in both the 2 bedroom corner room and the single bungalow. Both are excellent places to stay with towels, cooking utensils and ours had a new flat screen tv this year. The beach is 30 yards away but it's a pleasure walking the manicured grounds which is always in bloom, pass the pool and gas grill area (there are 2) and through the stretch of sea grass to the emerald green gulf waters. This is heaven on earth. The beach itself has never been crowded. The buildings north are all private residences while south smaller resorts and condos. The big condos aren't for miles down toward St Armand's. You can also get beach towels and an umbrella at the front office. We just use the lounge chairs already there.
