Let me start with the negative things about this resort.. It seemed a little out dated. I am used to whirl pool tubs in the master bed rooms and this only had a stand up shower in the master bed room. The standard size tub was located in the second bathroom next to the second bedroom. There was alot of wood grain trimming and furniture which I really didn't care for. I was talking to a owner and he explained that the resort was buying new furniture sometime in 2009-Great investment! The water pressure was not strong in the shower or the kitchen sink. Positive thing about this resort is the location. This resort is great for families. In March 2008 my wife three kids and myself checked into this resort and once we entered the room, looking through the sliding glass door was a breath taking view of the gulf. The beach was about 200 feet from the resort. Once on the beach I observed only a few other families on the beach. It was great, we had so much fun not worrying about throwing the football and hitting someone close by.

We've been there for 5 nights. There've been some dead bugs inside in front of the window - but that hasn't been a problem !! Really great when we had our breakfast on the balkony looking to the beach and watching dolphins swimming ! We'll come back again !

This hotel was great. The rooms were nice and clean, they were small but nice. Excellece location, great view of the ocean. The service was good. My husband and I went for our anniversary. We and a great time. It is not a place to take kids, because it is a party scene and a lot of drinking on the beach but a great place for couples and friends to hang out. IT is not for the older crowd but perfect for the younger crowd. i will go again and i will stay in the hotel again. I read all of the review and was a little wary but they were wrong. It WAS NOT a dump or disgusting like they said, it was nice the people who said that were more than likely snobs. Great place to go to party and have fun. just about every bar around the area has live bands and great music.
