I travelled to this resort for a weekend in March (Friday to Sunday). I had booked a room with two double beds and guaranteed it on my credit card. Not long after my booking, I upgraded my reservation to include my three adult children ... all three of whom planned to stay one additional night (Friday to Monday) I arrived shortly after noon on Friday and of course, understood that check in was not until 4:00 pm. I stored my luggage in another guest room with family members who were also staying at the same hotel. (I had been advised that I could leave my luggage in the lobby, however, I also observed several occasions where no one was at the desk to watch it). I carried on with other activities for the remainder of the day. By late afternoon, the other three members in my party arrived and received a key to the room -- unaware of my booking with two double beds -- just that I had booked a room for all of us. When we eventually met up that evening, I discovered that our room was a suite that had one double bed and a roll out couch in another room with no extra bedding. Due to our busy schedule that evening with prior commitments, we asked for additional linens but didn't question the room.
