The Florida Department of Citrus is now in partner with Catalina Marketing to win back grapefruit juice users.
Using Catalina's consumer database, FDOC would certainly be able to target grapefruit juice consumers based on every individual purchase behavior and issue coupons for discounts on their next purchase.
The company could then identify grapefruit juice consumers, and target those shoppers with more incentives to increase their purchases or frequency of purchases, it said in a release.
